We look at your property survey together, then you see your new backyard in 3D before deciding.
The deposit covers the engineered plans and drawings submitted to your local building department.

Ron Burr has worked in the pool industry since 1978, in wholesale, retail and construction. He runs the office, the scheduling and the design of every new pool and spa, and sits on the Board of Rules and Appeals for Broward County.
Justin Burr has been in the trade since 2000 and runs everything in the field. He knows pool electronics and energy-saving devices inside out.
Both are State of Florida commercially licensed swimming pool contractors and qualifiers for Rite-Way Pools Inc. You can look up both license numbers on the state website before you call.

About 45 working days once the permit is issued and we dig, weather permitting.
A $500 deposit starts the process and covers the engineered plans and drawings for your building department. After that you pay as individual items are complete, usually 8 to 9 payments, and the final payment is due only when all final inspections are done. MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted.
Ron or Justin, from beginning to end. They are the sales and design team and also the construction crew, and their cell phones stay available during the project and after it. Rite-Way does not employ commissioned salespeople.
A lifetime structural warranty on the pool shell (through the gunite installer), a three year factory warranty on Hayward equipment, a 10 year factory warranty on the pool finish and three years on our labor.
